Blueprint is a CSS framework designed to help fasten your CSS development. It appears to be very easy to use and extremely comprehensive and complete. Upon looking through the quick tutorial it’s obvious this framework has been well thought out and executed.

I haven’t used it yet, but I do plan on using it in future projects. I’ll give you a personal insight on it when I do. =]
